The Neighborhood of SeaGrove is a mixed-use community composed of 289 single family homes, 40 Luxury Condominiums, and a five acre retail office area called the Town Center.  The Neighborhood is enhanced by the natural features of the site including the salt marsh and tidal creek that cut through the property; several lakes and majestic oak trees.
