Summer is here full force!

We all know that it gets hot in Florida during the summer. Fortunately, here on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Florida, there is a gentle breeze most all the time. It sure helps in making us all feel a bit more comfortable.

I know that when I’m running around showing properties this time of year I am wilted by the end of the day and sometimes joke that I’m having heat stroke.
