This question was asked by Harris Interactive® as they conducted a nationwide survey of 2,694 adults 
conducted online between August 7 and 13, 2007. The result of this survey is known as the The Harris Poll® Florida, ranking in the top 5, is one of the most popular places people would choose to live.
Why is that? I know why I choose to live and work in St. Augustine Florida. St. Augustine offers:

No state income tax - Keep more of your money...Florida is one of the few states in the country that does not have a state income tax. In fact, the Florida Constitution explicitly prohibits a personal income tax.
It's no wonder that St. Augustine's combination of temperate climate, outstanding recreational amenities and economic opportunity is an attractive draw to those relocating to the south.
