I’m passionate about my community, St. Augustine, where I purchased my first home, almost 30 years ago, in 1979.  I really love living in St. Augustine, it is a warm small town that reminds me of where I grew up in Amityville, NY. 

I raised my daughter, Kelly, here and believe that St. Augustine is one of the best places on this earth to nurture a family. Now, as a Grandmother to three, I enjoy sharing the area with a whole new Generation.

I bult my first website in the 1990’s while I was an onsite agent for Marsh Creek Country Club.  I have to admit, it was pretty cool,however nothing compared to what we are designing today at Listing Solutions!  I learned the how powerful the internet is in sharing information.  

Most recently, as a Broker-Associate with VIP Staging and Home Management and as the past Charmian of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS® Technology Committee, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise with other real estate professionals.

  As a REALTOR®, I embraced new technologies when they came out…  Facebook, activerain, Blogging, Twitter and LinkedIn oh my!  I was hooked on technology….I was in REALTOR® Tech Geek heaven.  When I met Dave Hall of Listing Solutions we discovered that we shared a vision to help REALTORS® understand the power behind these networks and how to put them into place to help increase their business. 

With my extensive real estate background, and being in the trenches so to speak, I feel that I can truly relate to Agents today and help them understand the power of Social Media and how to move their careers to the next level.

 In 2011 The Team at VIP Staging and Home Management asked me to help expand their footprint in the St. Augustine Market.  My creative persona was inspired to include yet another avenue to help REALTORS market thier listings.

VIP Specializes in transforming vacant houses into Model Homes for FREE.  We provide specially trained Home Managers to take care of the property while it is on the market for sale.
